Chineye Otabil is a trailblazing Nigerian beauty entrepreneur, renowned for her pioneering contributions to the new-generation makeup industry in Nigeria. With a passion for empowering women through beauty, Chineye founded Chiniella Beauty in 2013, a brand dedicated to meeting the diverse beauty needs of African women. Over the years, Chiniella Beauty has grown to serve a clientele of over 1,000 women, including prominent personalities, and has established a strong presence in major cities like Abuja and Lagos, as well as internationally.

Driven by her extensive experience working with women from various cultures, backgrounds, and skin types, Chineye launched Varda Beauty to address the growing demand for natural beauty products. Her entrepreneurial journey is supported by a solid academic foundation, holding a B.Sc. in Economics from Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun State. She has further enriched her expertise through specialized training programs globally, including the prestigious Formul’A Academy in Dubai and additional courses in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Folashade Arike Ayoade is a distinguished biochemist, visionary leader, and accomplished public servant and the longest-serving Secretary to the Government of Kogi State (SSG), a position she has held since 2016. She holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry, alongside an M.Sc. from the University of Lagos, and has received advanced international training in food safety and quality assurance. Her career began at the Federal Ministry of Health before joining NAFDAC at its inception, where she served for over two decades and contributed significantly to Nigeria’s food and drug regulation. She is a fellow and member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria and the Mycotoxicology Society of Nigeria.

Beyond governance and science, Dr. Ayoade is a committed humanitarian and ordained Assistant Pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God. Through her NGO, the Folashade Ayoade Initiative for Widows & Orphans (FAIWO), she has empowered countless lives across Kogi State. As the only female SSG across the 19 Northern Nigerian states, her leadership continues to inspire a new generation of women in public service. In her words, “The greatest asset to me is being born again,” a testament to the values that guide her life and career.
